Representatives

A manager in the govtech, edutech, and creative sectors; an activist for the promotion of the multicultural heritage of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and strengthening ties between the Polish diaspora worldwide. In 2015, she founded Australian Business Leader Forum (known today as Polish Australian Chamber of Commerce), which continues to unite the Polish community in Australia to this day.

She earned mid-career Master's in Public Policy from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, formerly known as the Woodrow Wilson School. She also holds a degree in econometrics from the Warsaw School of Economics and pursued studies in finance at the University of New South Wales. From 2020 to 2023, she served as the Prime Minister’s High Representative for GovTech in the ministerial leadership of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From 2021 to 2023, she was also the Minister’s of Education and Science High Representative for Digital Transformation. For her actions, she has received multiple awards, including Forbes 30 under 30, Forbes Women’s Master of Linkedin, Digital Shaper, the Digital Eagle Award and the Innovation Eagle Award.

 

As a native of SuwaÅ‚ki, she popularized the heritage of the Yatvings – a medieval people who lived in the SuwaÅ‚ki region until the 13th century, referred to as the Polish Vikings. In 2023, she initiated the Yatving Festival in Wigry, promoting the traditions and culture of these people using modern technologies. She is the co-author of the historical fantasy saga "The Birth of the Queen of the Yatvingians.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he specialized in the Economic Analysis of Law. He also completed postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the bar apprenticeship program at the Warsaw Bar Association. Since 2015, he has been practicing as an attorney. In 2019, he obtained his license as a restructuring advisor.

Piotr has over a decade of experience leading restructuring and bankruptcy projects for companies across various economic sectors, providing strategic advisory services and corporate legal support. He represents clients in commercial, civil, and corporate disputes and has managed debt portfolios, coordinating creditor protection strategies in cases of debtor insolvency. He also conducts training sessions in business, restructuring, and bankruptcy law.

Piotr Kieloch has a particular interest in building legal and economic ties with the Polish diaspora in Latin America.

A specialist in criminal and fiscal penal law, Krzysztof Sobieski has extensive experience representing individuals and corporate entities across all stages of criminal proceedings, including director liability, multi-million-dollar frauds, bribery cases, and fiscal offenses. He also advises on criminal liability risks in business activities and supports the development of internal anti-corruption compliance systems.

He has successfully represented clients before professional disciplinary bodies, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), and the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

​

Krzysztof holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies in economic and fiscal crime prevention, and participated in the Stern Leadership Academy program with Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and a member of the Main Adjudicating Committee for Public Finance Discipline Violations.

Deeply committed to public service, Krzysztof is particularly passionate about advancing legal frameworks that support the Polish diaspora and strengthen the global Polish community.
